Create a group to find the I.D. Culture of your own team, or a team with whom you often engage. Follow these easy steps :
1. Click I.D. Culture
2. Click Add New Group
3. Input Group name and select which type you want depending on how you want to use it
- Community - anyone in the global I.D. Community who is sharing their I.D. publicly
- Network - everyone in your private company network
4. Search and add your Group members
5. When you have at least 6 people in your Group with an I.D. Result click on "Find Group I.D. Culture" for the most prominent drives with an overview of what that means for the team; what to watch out for and strategies to engage this team.
